a) Biennial Budget: A public hearing will be held by the Carnation City Council to consider the proposed 2025 and 2026 preliminary budget. Any person may appear at the hearing and may be heard in support of or in opposition to this proposal.

a) AB24-93 An ordinance repealing Chapter 8.22 Parades and Public Assemblies and adding Chapter 5.60: Special Events to the Carnation Municipal Code.
b) AB24-94 An ordinance amending the Carnation Municipal Code Section 13.86.024 “Low-Income Rate Discount – Sewer Customers”, and Carnation Municipal Code section 13.88.044 “Low Income Discount Rate – Water Customers”.

15) EXECUTIVE SESSION
a) RCW 425.30.120(c) To consider the minimum price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price. However, final action selling or leasing public property shall be taken in a meeting open to the public.
