14) AGENDA BILLS:

  • a) AB24-62: A motion to accept Green City Policy 2024-1 Urban Canopy.
  • b) AB24-63: A resolution declaring 4621 Tolt Avenue, Carnation, Washington, commonly known as City Hall, as surplus property.
  • c) AB24-64: A motion to accept the first reading of the amended Franchise Agreement with Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC.
  • d) AB24-65: A motion to authorize Mayor to enter into a contract with Interim City Manager, Ender.
  • e) AB24-66: A motion to authorize City Manager to enter into contract with Hone Landscapes for landscape installation services for the green community space at the Triangle in an amount not to exceed $111,000.
