NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in the Carnation City Hall Council Chambers at 4621 Tolt Ave, Carnation, WA, 98014 on February 4th, 2025, at 6:00 PM or soon thereafter, a public hearing will be held by the Carnation City Council to consider the proposed amendments Chapter 15 of the Carnation Municipal Code to add Chapter 15.130 Entitled “Homeless Encampments at Religious Organizations”

A proposed ordinance can be found on our website or available under the Department of Administrative Services at City Hall.

Any person may appear at the hearing and may be heard in support of or in opposition to this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing in person, you may submit your written comments to the attention of the City Clerk at Carnation City Hall, 4621 Tolt Ave, Carnation, WA, 98014, in order for your comments to be considered as part of the formal record. Additional information may be obtained at City Hall from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by calling 425-333-4192.
