Passports
The City of Carnation is now processing passports! Please read all of the information below before your visit:
NOTE: Carnation City Hall will not be accepting passport applications on Thursday, March 27th, and Friday, March 28th. Regular passport acceptance hours with resume Monday, March 31st.
Carnation City Hall (4621 Tolt Avenue Carnation, WA 98014) is a drop-in facility operated on a first-come first-served basis. Drop-in hours are as follows:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Wednesday: No Passport Services
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
The City of Carnation processes routine United States DS-11 Passport applications. DS-11 forms are used for Children’s passports, first-time adult passports, and special renewals (passports issued more than 15 years ago and lost or stolen passports). Please note that the standard adult renewal (DS-82 form) is mail-in only and we do not process them at our facility.
Passport photos are available for $20,
