Inspection Days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
City Hall will be closed on Monday, February 17th. Building Inspections will resume on Tuesday, February 18th.
Please submit Building Inspection Requests for Tuesday, February 18th, by 3:00 PM Friday, February 14th.
Building Inspection Requests must be submitted by 3:00 P.M. for inspection the next available inspection day. Missed or failed inspections will incur a charge of $140, due before scheduling the recall. If you have questions or need to cancel/make changes to a previously submitted inspection request, please call Carnation City Hall at (425) 333-4192 or email permits@carnationwa.gov.
Water Meter Installation Requests are made using the form below and scheduled for Tuesdays through Thursdays only from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Side Sewer Inspection Requests or Infiltration Inspection Requests are made using the form below and scheduled Monday through Wednesday only, from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
NOTE: Side Sewer and Infiltration Inspections will not be available February 19th through February 26th. These inspections will be available again starting Monday, March 3rd.
Fire Inspections are requested through Eastside Fire and Rescue.
