Building Inspection Requests must be submitted by 3:00 P.M. for inspection the next available inspection day. Missed or failed inspections will incur a charge of $140, due before scheduling the recall. If you have questions or need to cancel/make changes to a previously submitted inspection request, please call Carnation City Hall at (425) 333-4192 or email permits@carnationwa.gov.

Water Meter Installation, Side Sewer, or Infiltration Inspection Requests are made using the form below and scheduled for Tuesdays through Thursdays only from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Fire Inspections are requested through Eastside Fire and Rescue.

Construction Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 am-7:00 pm. Saturday, Sunday and Legal Holidays: 9:00 am-6:00 pm.
